A dedicated instance per customer
Each customer runs on its own database. Your data is never pooled with another organization's.
Single sign-on with verified tokens
Authentication uses cryptographically verified tokens, so identity can't be forged in transit.
Permissions enforced server-side
Every operation checks permissions on the server, not in the browser. The client is never trusted.
Consent and audit trail for transcription
Meeting transcription is host-decided and announced in the room, with a full audit trail. Audio is never stored.
Configurable retention and self-service deletion
You choose how long text and records are kept, and you can delete them yourself.
Scoped, revocable integration keys
Integration keys are scoped by function and can be revoked individually at any time.
